- Q: Can I reserve earlier than 9am?
- A. Yes. We offer early-morning service with an advance reservation made at least 3 days before your visit.

・Arrival 7:00–8:00 +¥4,400 per person
※If you would like to wear a hakama or furisode for a non-sightseeing purpose, such as a graduation or coming-of-age ceremony, please visit the store once before the day to try it on.

- A. [Time required on the day] Men's kimono dressing: approx. 10 minutes / Women's kimono dressing: approx. 15 minutes
Hair set: approx. 10–15 minutes
♦Including choosing your kimono set and organizing your belongings, you will be in the store for about 40 minutes to just under 1 hour.
♦Undergarments worn under the kimono are also lent free of charge.
♦When you return, you will change back into the clothes we kept for you. Time required: approx. 5 minutes. - Q: What are your payment methods?
- A. We accept cash, various credit cards, and QR code payments.
- Q: Can I rent a kimono without the dressing service?
- A. Yes, you can. The price is the same.
- Q: What happens if I return the kimono after 18:00?
- A. Returns after 18:00 are treated as a next-day return.

・1-day rental extension (next day 10:00–18:00): ¥2,200 - Q: Will there be a cancellation fee?
- A. Yes. A 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations on the day of use for individual reservations,
and from two days before the date of use for group reservations (5 or more people).

・The special web price applies to reservations made by 6:00 p.m. on the day before your visit. Please keep this in mind when booking.
・Last reception is at [17:00].
・Kimono must be returned by [17:30].
If you will be back later than 17:30, please be sure to contact the store.
If you return after 18:00, it will be treated as a "next-day return". Thank you for your understanding.
※Buses and other public transportation get crowded in the evening in any season, so please allow extra time.
・A 100% cancellation fee applies to same-day cancellations. Please keep this in mind when booking.
For groups of 5 or more, a 100% cancellation fee applies from two days before the date of use.
・If the kimono gets soiled or damaged, please be sure to tell our staff when you return it.
※If soiling or damage is not reported, or if it is very severe, we may charge a fee equivalent to the price of the kimono as compensation.
