・There is another store with the same name in the Kodaiji area in Higashiyama-ward.  Please be careful not to make a mistake.

The website special price and campaign plans (excluding some) are valid for reservations made by 6:00 p.m. the day before your visit.
Please be careful when making reservations.

・If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled.
No refunds will be made after payment for customer convenience.

・100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of your visit. Please be careful when making reservations.
For groups (5 or more people), 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days prior to the date of use. Please understand this.

・The return deadline is 5:30 p.m. and the store closes at 6:00 p.m.
Please be sure to contact the store if your return is after 5:30 p.m.
Please note that in such cases, additional fees such as an extension fee will be charged.

・Customers wishing to make the following reservations should inquire via email:
・Customers requesting early morning dressing (7:00 AM~, 8:00 AM~)
・Customers wishing to rent furisode or tomesode kimonos

・For ceremonial use of Hakama, Furisode, Tomesode, etc,
We ask our guests to make a preliminary inspection and visit before the day of the event in order to ensure that the event goes smoothly.
If you choose Hakama, Furisode or Tomesode plan, the store may contact you.
